Lisa已经在美发界接近25年。除了是位于伦敦Mayfair的Salon Webster Whiteman的合伙人外，她一直在培训不论于国内和国际的年青发型师以至发廊店主。严格要求和稳定性都令了她拥有着极致的专业水平。除了荣获多个发型奖项外，更是2012年Color Zoom Challenge合作伙伴组的全球冠军。时常留意适用于发廊的技巧和提示及商业美发的动向，是她所著重的事情。
