APPLICATION
Start with the regrowth application. Proceed with the foils:
apply the formula I on the mid-lengths and alternate all
three formulae on the ends. Alternate these
ombre foils with Elumenated formulae I and II on foils.
SPECIAL TIP
Adding Thickener to your formulations and/or using
a Color Board can support your artistry.
