KPSS (UK) Limited, registered address at 6 Agar Street, London, England, WC2N 4HN and represented by the managing directors, hereinafter "we", processes your personal data (salon name, owner or contact person, contact information such as telephone number, address and email address) to provide the services under this contract.
In doing so, we pass on your data to our service provider ClimatePartner GmbH as a processor. Your data will not be transferred to a third country.
We will delete your personal data that we have received in connection with this contract after fulfilment of the contract, unless we are required to retain the data due to statutory retention periods under commercial and tax law or due to our continued business relationship.
Within the framework of existing laws, you have a right to access the personal data we hold about you as well as a right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, a right to object to processing and a right to data portability. To exercise the aforementioned rights, please use www.kao.com/global/en/EU-Data-Subject-Request/. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
Please note that we do not use your personal data for automated decision-making, including profiling.
The provision of your personal data is necessary so that we can fulfil the contract with you.
Insofar as we process data from your employees, we will only process data we have received from you in accordance with this contract.
